  The Nigerian Air Force has commenced its 2026 recruitment exercise for eligible Nigerians seeking enlistment as tradesmen/women and non-tradesmen/women. The recruitment is for the Basic Military Training Course 47/2026, with online registration opening on Thursday, September 3, 2026, and closing on October 14, 2026. The application is free of charge. ICYMI: FG AND FIDELITY BANK UNVEIL N500,000 YEIDEP GRANT PROGRAMME FOR NIGERIA YOUTHS

 The Youth Economic Intervention and De-Radicalization Program (YEIDEP) is a Federal Government of Nigeria initiative providing non-repayable grants ranging from ₦50,000 to ₦500,000 to citizens aged 18–35 (or up to 45), focusing on youth farmers and entrepreneurs. The program partners with banks to support businesses in agriculture, ICT, and vocational trades. 


Key Details on YEIDEP Grant (2025/2026 Updates):

Grant Amount: Non-refundable, interest-free grants of ₦50,000 to ₦500,000.

Target Sectors: Agribusiness, food processing, livestock, ICT, fashion, and vocational trades.

Eligibility: Nigerian youth (aged 18–35/45) with a valid National Identification Number (NIN) and Bank Verification Number (BVN).

Application Process: Registration occurred via the official YEIDEP portal, which has previously undergoneBatch A and Batch B phases.

Disbursement & Verification (2025-2026): Batch A disbursements were scheduled for late 2025/early 2026, with partner banks like Fidelity, Keystone, and others facilitating BVN verification for approved beneficiaries.
