JAMB ANNOUNCES MINIMUM ADMISSIBLE SCORE FOR THE 2026 UTME
The 2026 Policy Meeting has approved the following minimum admissible scores for admission into tertiary institutions:
📍Universities — 150 ✅ (Note this doesn't mean it is fixed at 150, it implies that no University should fall below this.
📍Colleges of Nursing — 150 ✅
📍Polytechnics & Monotechnics — 100 ✅
(Except ND Agric and some non-technology courses that do not require UTME)
📍Colleges of Education — UTME is no longer compulsory ✅
Additional Updates:
✅ The minimum age for admission into tertiary institutions for the 2026/2027 academic session is 16 years.
✅ Candidates are advised to stay updated with the latest admission information and guidelines.
